Can I return my bicycle if it is not the right fit?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your bike isn't the perfect fit, you can return it in new condition for a refund or exchange, though a restocking fee may apply to custom builds.

How are the bikes packaged for shipping?
Our bikes are shipped 'Pro-Assembled' in a custom oversized box. You will only need to perform basic assembly, such as attaching the handlebars and front wheel, before you are ready to ride.
